What we collect

Account details (name, email); expenses, budgets and subscriptions you enter or import; payment details handled by our payment processor (we never see full card numbers); and device and usage data needed to run the service.

How we use it

To provide and improve the app, process payments, send service and renewal notices, and answer support requests. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Sharing

Only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, payments, email), under contracts limiting their use, or when required by law.

Cookies & advertising

Our website uses cookies and pixels, including from advertising partners such as Snap Inc., to measure ad performance. You can disable them in browser settings or email us to opt out.

Your rights

Access, export, correct or delete your data at any time in Settings or by emailing privacy@spendoratrust.live. California residents may exercise CCPA rights the same way.

Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18.

Terms of Service

1. The service

Spendora Trust is a personal budgeting and expense-tracking tool. It is not a bank, lender or financial adviser; nothing in it is financial, tax or investment advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account.

3. Premium subscription

Premium Budget Planner is $9.99 per month plus applicable tax and renews automatically each month until cancelled. We give at least 30 days' email notice of any price change before your next renewal.

4. Your content

You own the data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial decisions made using information in the app.

6. Governing law

Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Cancellation & Refunds

How to cancel

In the app: Settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription. By email: support@spendoratrust.live from your account address. Confirmation is emailed immediately.

After cancelling

No further charges. Premium stays active until the end of the paid month, then your account returns to Free with your data intact.

Refunds

If you haven't used Premium features in a billing month, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a full refund of that month. Billing errors are always refunded.
